CONTACTING BAFM BY E-MAIL
BAFM now uses a single e-mail address point of contact (admin@bafm.org.uk). Please ensure you put the name of the person, title or the BAFM area
you are trying to contact in the subject line of your e-mail otherwise the
e-mail will be automatically deleted, as well as including your full contact details in the body of the email. If you do not know who to contact,
please mark your e-mail for the attention of the BAFM
Administrator. In most cases, the individual officers will respond to you
using their own personal e-mail addresses. You can either reply to these or use
the address shown above. Please do not send any attachments unless you have
specifically been asked to do so by the BAFM officer concerned - this may lead
to automatic deletion of your e-mail.
CONTACTING BAFM BY POST
The BAFM Administrator should be the first point of contact for any initial enquiries - the full postal address is given below. However, if you know the name or title of the person you wish to contact please visit the other pages in this section of the website for their contact details (BAFM Officers and BAFM Co-ordinators).

CONTACTING BAFM BY TELEPHONE
We do not put telephone numbers on this website. Contact phone numbers are printed in each copy of the BAFM Journal and the BAFM Annual Directory, which all members have access to. If you are not a BAFM member then you should use the e-mail or postal addresses given above or elsewhere on this site. When contacting officers and co-ordinators by phone please bear in mind that all are volunteers and so may not be readily available - in most instances you can leave a message and the person will get back to you as soon as they can. |
