INFORMATION ABOUT THIS WEBSITE

This website has been designed for easy navigation and fast access regardless of the speed of your internet connection. It should perform well on both broadband and dial-up connections.

This website is best viewed in Internet Explorer. The site has been designed on a screen size of 1280x1024 but should be able to be viewed from 800x600 upwards.

TEXT SIZE & FONTS

If you wish to increase or decrease the size of text for easier reading simply go to the menu tool bar of your web browser (usually at the top of the screen) and select 'VIEW' then 'TEXT SIZE' from the drop down menu, and alter the size of text as required. The site has been designed with the default text size setting of 'Medium'.

This website uses standard Windows fonts to ensure you do not have problems with displaying the text.

PAGE LOADING TIMES

To speed up page loading times this website is not graphic or picture intensive, nor does it feature fancy animation or mutiple colour schemes. If for any reason you experience problems loading a page, please click the refresh button on your web browser which should help.

ADD THE SITE TO YOUR FAVOURITES LIST

We advise you to add the Home page to your favourites folder and not one of the other pages (which can be changed or deleted from time to time); this way you will always be able to get onto the site easily.

SITE DOWNLOADS

All downloadable forms, information and Journal back issues on this site are in the standard Adobe PDF (portable document format) file format or in Word format. To be able to open and read PDF files you need to have Adobe Acrobat Reader on your computer (most computers already have this programme installed as standard software). If you do not have Acrobat Reader installed you will be unable to open and view or print the files. To obtain Acrobat Reader, free of charge, visit the Adobe website (click the Adobe Acrobat PDF Files link at the top of the page). If you have an old version of Acrobat Reader installed you may be unable to open the PDF files on this site and we therefore recommend you download the latest version from the Adobe website.
